We will write a retainer agreement with the scope of our professional services and fees and send it to you for your approval.
If our services are retained, we will open your file and start working with you to gather all the information and documentation needed to succeed.

We will prepare your file making sure everything is complete and in compliance with immigration law. We go further than the minimum requirements. We want you to succeed.
We will keep you updated regularly throughout this process.
When the file is complete, you will review it with us and sign it.
We will submit your file on your behalf.
We will follow up closely your submitted application until we obtain a response from Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We will return any original documentation provided and will close your file.
We will provide you with all the after-process guidance that will help you to remain compliant with your immigration status, accomplish your next immigration goal, or any helpful settlement information that you may need.
