Ariane Chavez

Ariane was born in Mexico. In her early adult life, she moved to North Carolina, USA where she lived for many years. While in the US she acquired extensive experience in diverse areas related, but not limited to: sales, finance and customer service. During this period of her life, she experienced firsthand what it means to help migrants by working at Telamon Corporation, an organisation dedicated to help farm workers for 3 years.

In 2007 she came to Canada attracted by the Canadian way of life and by the growing opportunities the land offered.
​
In Canada Ariane worked for the Royal Bank of Canada for 7 years, gaining valuable financial and banking experience. She then moved to education, where she worked for FDU-Vancouver and for the Burnaby School District, where she gained experience and knowledge on how the education system works in the country.
​
While working in education, Ariane saw the need for responsible, ethical and knowledgeable immigration consultants. She saw many people taken advantage of, something that she encountered herself at an early stage in her immigration process. This served as an inspiration to become a certified RCIC in order to assist people to attain their dreams of living in Canada.

Ariane had her heart set in enriching her life by pursuing higher education. Following this desire, she enrolled at Fairleigh Dickinson University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and a Masters of Administrative Science. Afterwards, she enrolled at UBC to pursue a Certificate in Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures.

After graduating from the University of British Columbia, Ariane passed the Entry to Practice Exam became a RCIC since 2019. She is in good standing with CCIC, the governing body that oversees the profession.
​
Currently, Ariane lives in Burnaby with her two children and husband.
